Lenormand cards aren't read reversed: each card has a light side and a shadow side, and the shadow usually comes out depending on the cards around it.

3. Near The Man or The Woman, it describes someone with doubts or mood swings. Example: The Clouds + The Man is someone who doesn't know what he wants.
